- Ryan Dellazizzo Review added: 2018.01.03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would give it zero stars if I could. As my car was pulling away I tried to stop the driver because I forgot my purse. He didnt stop, so I spoke with the manager of the valet. He told me as it was an offsite parking lot I wouldnt be able to get my car or purse back for 45 minutes. They assured of the highest standards and security. They told me I could breathe easy and that I didnt have to worry 100%. Obviously that wasnt the case. The car came back, my purse was gone. The 1st employee said the purse was there, the 2nd employee said he never saw the purse. I received no sympathy or remorse from the company. It has been 2 weeks and I just keep getting the runaround.
